In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the wyn4d platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any of the Services. wyn4d operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned, subject to verification.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited at the national level may be restricted at wyn4d's discretion.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not register if you are subject to a court order or legal prohibition that prevents you from engaging in gambling activities.
• Self-Exclusion: You may not register or use the Services if you have voluntarily self-excluded from the wyn4d platform or from gambling activities through any operator or program to which wyn4d subscribes. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
• Single Account: Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one wyn4d account. Registering or maintaining more than one account, whether directly or through a third party, is prohibited.

To access the full range of wyn4d Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, a valid email address, your mobile phone number, and your preferred banking or e-wallet method. All information submitted must be truthful and current. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will select a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account access with any third party. wyn4d will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify wyn4d's support team immediately.

3.3 Account Approval

wyn4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval is at wyn4d's sole discretion. Accounts may be placed in a pending state pending completion of KYC verification.

wyn4d is committed to operating a platform free of fraud, money laundering, and underage access. As part of this commitment, wyn4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program under which Members may be required to submit identity and financial documentation.

4.1 Documents That May Be Requested

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk, or equivalent national identity document)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the bank account or e-wallet (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) registered to the Member's wyn4d account
• Source-of-funds documentation for high-volume accounts, at wyn4d's discretion

4.2 Timing of Verification

KYC verification will be required before the first withdrawal is processed and may be triggered at any time by wyn4d's risk and compliance team. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Hold During KYC

wyn4d reserves the right to place a temporary hold on pending withdrawal requests while KYC verification is in progress. Real-money balances will not be forfeited solely due to a KYC hold, provided the Member cooperates in good faith with the verification process.

All financial transactions on wyn4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). wyn4d does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wyn4d currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. wyn4d reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Members.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, high-value deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence checks. Members may voluntarily set personal deposit limits via their account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming tools.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within one hour of request confirmation for verified accounts. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are generally processed within 15 minutes. Processing times may extend during peak periods or where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the wyn4d account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, any applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of the bonus or associated winnings is permitted.
• wyn4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.

5.5 Transaction Fees

wyn4d does not charge Members any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals via the supported Indonesian payment methods. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees in accordance with their own terms of service — these are outside wyn4d's control.

wyn4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms disclosed with each individual offer.

6.1 Claiming Bonuses

Bonuses must be claimed in the manner specified in the promotion (e.g., by entering a promotional code at deposit, by contacting live support within a specified window, or automatically upon qualifying deposit). Retroactive bonus claims for qualifying deposits made prior to the bonus being requested will not be processed.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credit is subject to a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x, or 30x) and the calculation basis (bonus amount only, or bonus plus deposit) will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer baccarat, certain progressive jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement, as specified in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and bonus credits on which wagering requirements have not been completed will expire as stated in the individual promotion terms. Upon expiry, bonus credit and any winnings derived solely from bonus credit will be removed from the Member's account without further notice.

6.4 Abuse & Collusion

wyn4d reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus or winnings where wyn4d reasonably suspects that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, collusion between Members, use of software tools, or any other form of bonus abuse. Accounts found to have engaged in systematic bonus abuse may be permanently closed.

6.5 One Bonus Per Promotion

Each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring (e.g., a weekly reload). Claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts is prohibited and constitutes both bonus abuse and multi-accounting, which are material breaches of these Terms.

Specific rules governing individual sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, and other wagering products are set out in the relevant product section of the wyn4d platform. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with those rules before placing wagers. The following general principles apply across all products:

• Bet Finality: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the wyn4d system, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Member unless an in-play cash-out option is explicitly offered and selected.
• Palpable Errors: wyn4d reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or data feed error. Affected Members will have their stake refunded.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by product, market, and game. Limits are displayed within the relevant interface at the time of placing a wager.
• Suspended Markets: wyn4d may suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice. Bets placed on suspended markets prior to suspension will stand; bets placed after a market is suspended will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round that has already been initiated and staked, the round will be settled according to the game engine's recorded outcome. wyn4d is not responsible for losses caused by a Member's internet connection failure.
• Game Malfunctions: All game sessions are logged server-side. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game round, the session log will be reviewed and the round settled or voided at wyn4d's discretion. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies where no recoverable outcome is available.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a different name, email address, device, or IP address
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion period or cooling-off request
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — Members are required to report any discovered errors to [email protected] immediately
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports events, or any form of collusion with other Members
• Using wyn4d for money laundering, structuring, or any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed transactions in bad faith after wagering deposited funds
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing wyn4d staff or other Members via any communication channel

All content on the wyn4d platform — including but not limited to the wyn4d name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds presentation, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wyn4d or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe).

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the wyn4d platform without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of wyn4d's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

wyn4d collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points include: personal data is used solely for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. wyn4d does not sell Member personal data to third-party marketers. Data is stored on encrypted servers and access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wyn4d's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by the Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wyn4d shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or wagering opportunity
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain account security
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages beyond wyn4d's reasonable control
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party banking or e-wallet systems
• Platform downtime for scheduled or emergency maintenance

wyn4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Members with the tools and information needed to keep gambling a safe and enjoyable form of entertainment. The following tools are available to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time via live support.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your wyn4d account with a minimum self-exclusion period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the nominated period.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen notifications displaying the duration of your current session and net wagering result at regular intervals.

wyn4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email to the address registered on the account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the wyn4d platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any available balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which wyn4d is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

For Members accessing the platform from Indonesia, wyn4d acknowledges that Indonesian consumer protection principles may afford additional rights. wyn4d will engage in good faith with any Member dispute before any formal legal process is initiated. Disputes that cannot be resolved through wyn4d's internal complaints procedure may be referred to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under Indonesian law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
